1.What are the terms of payment ?

Touchstone: Generally 30% by T/T in advance as depoisit, and the balance should be paid by T/T once shipping against the copy of bill of lading. We also accept L/C at sight.

2.How is the sample charge ?

Touchstone: For existing samples: free on charge when no more then 1 meter, shipping time will be within 3 days. For customized sample: The charge will be according to the specific requirement, shipping time will be 7-10 days. It is our company regulation that we will appreciate if you pay postage for the samples. We will return the postage to you when we first cooperation.
